Most of fan blades are made from engineering plastic material, such as PA and PP mixed with glass fiber. Each fan blade has its regular efficiency based on input watt, security, and noise index.

Fan blades are controlled by a specialized clutch mechanism, commonly referred to as a fan clutch, which is a criticl component in automotive engineering. This system is designed to precisely regulate the rotation of the fan blades, enabling the generation of airflow critical for maintaining the engine's temperature balance.

Engineering plastic material, such as PA66,PA6,and PP which are mixed with 20% to 30% glass fiber. However, some fan shrouds are made by metal, especially AC fan shroud.
