Physical and mental health and work balance
In order to prevent workplace violence, we have completed the formulation of the " Prevention Encounter of Workplace Violence in the Act of Performing Duties ", " Protecting and Managing Maternal Health ", " Prevention of Overwork related illness" and " Preventing and Managing Ergonomic hazards " and other Occupational safety and health Act. An announcement of " Prohibit Workplace Violence Written Statement " is posted on the employee platform for public notice.

Making efforts to develop and implement workplace health promotion (WHP) programs in pursuit of the better health and wellbeing of workers:
1.Arranges Regular Employee Health Examinations.
2.Private Physician Consultation Service for Employees.

The company formulates employee retirement measures in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act and sets aside retirement reserves in full.
Starting from July 1, 1994, according to the implementation of the new labor retirement system, our company will consult our employees' willingness to adopt the new system or the old system. For those who adopt the new labor retirement system, 6% of the total salary is allocated to employees' personal pension accounts on a monthly basis to protect their post-retirement life.
